We are actively looking to speak with experienced Accounts Receivable Associates who are interested in joining our dynamic Finance team. The Accounts Receivable Associate will be responsible for invoicing and collection of fees and rechargeable costs on assigned clients and managing all aspects of the accounts receivable ledger.
- Prepare, verify and carry out invoicing via electronic processing and reporting activities.
- Reconciliation of accounts.
- Monitoring customer accounts details for non-payments, delayed payments and other disputes.
- Working with the Revenue team to ensure billing and collection is operating smoothly.
- Liaising with project managers on fees and rechargeable costs.
- Investigate and resolve customer queries.
- Setting up and maintenance of contract files.
- Manage client relationships.
- Ad-hoc projects.
- Minimum of 2 years working within an accounts function.
- Excellent Excel skills with Oracle experience an advantage.
- Strong communicator both written and verbal.
- Keen attention to detail with excellent accuracy.
- Customer service orientated.
- Accountancy qualifications are desirable but not essential.
