Title: Translation Coordinator (Assistant, Associate & Sr. Associate)

This is an exciting opportunity for a Translation Coordinator that’s seeking to work in the Clinical Research Industry.  Learn more about how you can be a part of the Language Services team that offers language services supporting global clinical and outcomes research initiatives. 

About the Translation Coordinator role within ICON: 

The Translation Coordinator will be responsible for working proactively as a member of a team within the ICO Division. 

The Translation Coordinator will be responsible for assisting in language services supporting global clinical and outcomes research initiatives.  These language services may include any combination of the following: clinical document translation/back translation, audio transcription, voice-recording, multi-lingual desktop publishing and linguistic validation of patient-reported outcome (PRO) questionnaires.  Undertake project work to a high standard and in a timely manner.  Liaise with clients and with other departments within ICO.  Some travel may be required up to 10% nationally or internationally.

US/LATAM/CAN:  Minimum of 5 years’ work experience in a similar role.

EU/APAC:  In depth relevant industry experience.

Fluency in English both orally and in writing, with excellent communication skills

Be capable of independent work.

Bachelor’s degree or local equivalent in English, modern languages, linguistics or relevant discipline
