This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. As a Business Process & Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for analysing, defining and creating end to end Clinical Trial Management and Clinical Data Processes. 

As an Analyst, Business Process & Reporting  your key responsibilities will include:

• Reviewing, analysing and assessing complex clinical trials process quality reports
• Working with subject matter experts and study teams to enable a detailed understanding of the process, data and actions required.
• Supporting process driven workshops with Subject Matter Experts across multiple functions
• Interfacing with the IT team to align process, systems and data
• Proactively drive process improvements with the current or new process
• Ensuring timely and accurate collection of data to support client specific and internal reporting requirements
• Following up with Study Team members to ensure that data not of a high standard is reviewed and corrected to ensure accurate reporting requirements

As an Analyst, Business Process & Reporting your skills and experience will include:

• Experience in working in data management, data quality or other related roles
• Exposure to Clinical Data Management or Clinical Trial Management Systems or Clinical Planning Systems
• Prior experience in business process definition, business reporting or business process improvement initiatives
• Experience in working with staff across remote locations providing training and guidance on work allocation
• Strong communication skills and experience in a client facing environment
• Excellent Technical Acumen
• Ability to deal with conflicting priorities
