Designer

We are looking for a Designer to join our winning team rated by Forbes as the highest ranked CRO of America’s best midsize employers in 2017.

In this role, you will be responsible for design and produce creative materials consistent with marketing and Company objectives, including educational program strategy. Designs and produces art and copy layouts for multimedia/interactive product and/or presentation, typically for a specified account base leading to high levels of client satisfaction and achievement of department objectives.

Education, Experience & Skills

• 2+ years industry experience
• Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication/Arts, Multimedia Design, or a related course of study
• Strong creative portfolio
• Ability to command different visual styles/tones using latest creative software
• Expert level knowledge of design tools including Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator within the MAC environment
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite style sheets and quick key commands
• Understanding of in-house creative team and related dynamics
• Agency or professional services experience and a visionary leader who inspires and 
motivates a team
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
• Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
• Some business travel required.
• Video Production experience – from concept to completion.  Strong knowledge/experience in storyboard and keyframes development.
• Working knowledge of Cinema 4D
