Director, Client and Strategic Services:
The Director, Client and Strategic Services is primarily responsible for providing specific healthcare expertise and relevant experience in the development of access and reimbursement strategies for business development presentations and the execution of client projects. They develop segment and healthcare channel strategies for prelaunch and existing brand, biosimilar, or loss of exclusivity business planning. Channels would include commercial, hospital, Medicare, Medicaid and physician group/ACOs. Assist in the preparation and execution of client workshops, access/reimbursement training and or mock competitive situations. Also lead internal strategic brainstorming sessions and follow up with the development of supporting materials including WORD documents and PowerPoint slides.

Responsibilities:
- Prioritize deliverables across multiple clients and assist team in meeting tight timelines
- Represent the agency at client meetings along with the appropriate account, market research, creative or content members
- Establish, build and maintain the strong client relationships that are the underpinning of the continued growth and success of our business.
- To be the lead strategic consultant for pharma and biotech clients, establishing product strategies and supporting tactics in the access and reimbursement space
- Attend client pitch meetings and present the strategic portion of any MediMedia presentation
- Work with the market research and clinical services team to develop necessary information/content to inform the strategies for new business presentations or client marketing initiatives
- Mentor MediMedia team members and help in developing their professional growth
- Support cross-functional matrix teams in support of internal and external client deliverables
To Succeed You Will Need:
- An in-depth understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and the access/reimbursement issues that impact a product's success
- Experience developing and implementing strategic programs to support key business objectives for pharma brands
- Excellent writing and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage several projects simultaneously
- Ability to travel and work flexible hours
- Must be a motivated individual with an entrepreneurial attitude
- Strong track record in developing pharmaceutical or medical device strategic marketing plans as well as the supporting tactical initiatives
- Prior pharmaceutical and/or agency experience and supervisory experience are required
- Proven ability to identify healthcare marketplace opportunities for pharma products
- Ability to mobilize and motivate internal resources required to deliver projects
- A performance-driven, focused, leadership attitude
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Experience as a V.P. or Director of Managed Care marketing and brand marketing in the pharmaceutical industry is also highly desirable.
