The Director of Clinical Operations Management will work closely with VP, Clinical Operations APAC and the Senior Vice President Clinical Operations in the implementation of a business strategy to expand capabilities for our China business.

  • As a manager, the employee is expectedto recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes, adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
  • Ensure appropriate issue escalation of findingsrelated to the quality of performance of monitoring or site management activities.
  • Provide feedbackon the development and implementation of formal CRA training tools and presentations.
  • Assist with continuous reviewof current processes and implementation of agreed process improvements in collaboration with other departments.

 Role Requirements   

  • Secondary education diploma/degree in pharmaceuticals or related field.
  • 5 years or more experience in a leadership role within a  CRO or Pharmaceutical environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required, including English.
  • Thorough knowledge of ICH GCP and relevant regulations and knowledge of the drug development and clinical trials process
