HR Business Partner
ICON is a European led global CRO known for our technological advances and innovative approach to drug development. ICON is presently in over 40 countries with over 80 offices worldwide and over 11,500 employees globally. The HR Director will be the lead on partnering with the business to drive change and deliver shared organisational objectives. You will take the lead on building people capability through long term resource and talent management and ‘programme Manager’ Human Resources services to the business.
This position will have a have a global focus leading and influencing across a business area including the leadership of employee engagement, people management and coaching of our leaders and developing organisational capabilities to execute business strategy.

To succeed you will need:
A strong background in HR with experience of delivering complex initiatives into a diverse and growing organisation. You will have a proven track record of leading HR in a corporate business with experience in change management, culture shaping, performance management, coaching and talent management.
