Director, Pharmacovigilance Safety Services

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee projects, perform line management activities, and be a part of a global team that oversees global projects with global operations.  In this role, you would have the chance to develop processes globally.  This role is part of the leadership team.  

We are looking for someone with project management skills, is an experienced line manager, and who has worked with offshore locations.  You should have demonstrated process improvement experience on a global scale.  You will also be asked to provide evidence to act as a point of escalation of issues and lead teams.  You will need a significant background in client relationship management and be able to take the lead to resolve challenging client situations. To qualify you should have and extensive background and leadership role in clinical research as well as evidence of pharmacovigilance and safety report management in a CRO setting.  You must speak and write fluent English.  

We are asking that you have a medical or science background with in depth knowledge of clinical research and/or the pharmaceutical, drug development industry, experience in pharmacovigilance with seven years of safety services, and five years of supervisory experience.
