HR Advisor

If you have experience delivering transactional support from a portfolio of HR Services to internal customers, learn more about how you can play a key role as a HR Advisor, providing responses to and guidance on all HR processes and policies, from new starter, right through the employee life cycle.

About the HR Advisor role within ICON: 

The HR Advisor will deliver responses to requests received from all employees and managers through email and by phone within the agreed timeframe, advise employees and managers on all HR issues up to agreed point of escalation to HR Managers, work closely with HR Managers to ensure smooth transition and escalation of issues to them as required and to ensure that all issues raised by customers are followed up as appropriate.

As a member of the HR Service Centre the HR Advisor will provide outstanding customer service to all internal (and external) customers including any 3rd parties, educate customers to ensure that where possible services are provided through e-channels and the HR portal, contribute to the creation of solutions to improve and standardize (globally where possible) the service by identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement

To succeed you will need:

You will possess Bachelor’s degree (HR or Business Qualification preferable) along with 1 year experience of working in HR or HR Service Centre (preferred). You will have a good working knowledge of Business English, appropriate PC skills, good organizational and planning skills, good oral and written communication skills, ability to multi-task and work well within a high pace pressurized environment and be a strong team player, with excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work independently.
