If you have HR Advisor experience within a Service Centre environment combined with the know-how of contributing to a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting internal customer needs, learn how you can play a key role in driving improvement to ICON’s HR Service Centre Team.

About the HR Advisor role within ICON:

As a senior member of the team, deliver the more complex services provided, through managing cases escalated by team members. Provide leadership to continually improve service level agreements, streamline processes, enhance team member engagement, support excellent customer service (including client-facing interaction), and manage regional or global projects.

• Act as an escalation point to Advisors on all MyHR processes and policies, from new starter, right through the employee life cycle to leaver process for Benefits and Payroll
• Contribute to the creation of Process Improvement Plans to improve quality and standardize (globally where possible) the service by identifying and recommending opportunities for improvement, including management of global projects and processes.
• Assess and allocate variable work that comes into the Service Centre
• Supervise the delivery of the service of team members, ensuring that service standards are delivered against
• Motivate, train and coach team members to ensure individual development and continual service improvement

Supervision
• Supervision of MyHR Team members as appropriate, including work distribution, disciplinary action, performance management, salary planning, time-off scheduling, approval processing, and involvement in hiring decisions.
• Supervision of SLA’s and KPI’s; tracking and measuring as needed to ensure sure they are met

To succeed you will need:
At least 3 years’ experience of working in HR (Preferably a HR Service Centre). A strong team player, with excellent organizational and problem solving skills along with the ability to work independently, leading and motivating a team. The candidate must be able to multi-task and work well within a high pace pressurized environment. Proven experience of working in HR (Preferably a HR Service Centre). Proven customer service skills. Supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership ability would be beneficial. Experience in using HR Information Systems.
Due to the nature of this position, there may be a requirement to travel. Therefore, dependent on the employee’s location, the employee maybe required to possess a valid Driver’s license and/or passport.

HR or Business Qualification
