Investigator Payments Group Team Lead *LI-HD1
Location: Dublin
To co-ordinate and manage the activities of the IPG team, as directed, in a manner that ensure all time frames and targets are met and that quality and customer satisfaction is maintained. To ensure the timely, accurate and efficient execution of investigator payments in accordance with ICON policies and procedures.
Role responsibilities include:
Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
? Prepare, host and report on Clinical/IPG study status meetings and contribute to reporting on status of studies in relation to investigator payments as required.
? Act as first and second line contact for clinical study teams assigned and escalate investigator payments issues/delays as necessary.
? Conduct general and study specific training for Clinical staff assigned to the studies/presentations to clinical teams and to other ICON departments where necessary.
? Communicate with assigned Project Managers to establish payment timelines that will allow appropriate processing time for timely payment runs as defined by investigator contract.

- Ability to liaise with all levels of management at ICON, vendors and clients.
- Good working knowledge of PC applications (Excel, Word, Outlook and Access)
- Excellent organizational, administration and problem solving skills.
- Excellent customer relationship management skills.
- Ability to work to strict deadlines and targets.
Education Requirements:
? Bachelor's Degree or local equivalent in a related field.
