Clinical Project Manager (Firecrest)

ICON is a global Clinical Research Organisation specialising in the strategic development, management and analysis of programs that support clinical development.

Firecrest is a division of ICON with a unique portfolio of web based products that enhances the delivery of a clinical trial. Due to keen interest in these products Firecrest are expanding their teams to support the current growth and are looking for a Clinical Project Manager.

The role will appeal to an experienced, client facing Project Manager, able to demonstrate the ability to deliver projects on time and within budget whilst meeting client specifications and exceeding their expectations. As a collaborator, this role works internally with those delivering  technical solutions, and acts as the link between the internal team members and the client throughout the life cycle of the project.

Candidates will be able to evidence the ability to build strong relationships with client teams, understanding their needs and offering Firecrest solutions.

Key Requirements for this role:

• Excellent communication and persuasive skills with the ability to maximise opportunities for the use of Firecrest's products
• Solid Project Management experience working in structured environment
• The ability to manage projects and deliver quality results on time and within financial parameters
• Experience of scoping and managing resource needs for projects
• Possess a continuous improvement mentality 
• Be able  to produce project metrics as required
