Senior Analyst- Clinical Research Process Management
Location: Flexible to be home/office based in Ireland or UK.
Role Overview
The Sr. Analyst will be involved in the oversight and change management for a strategic client(s), as well as for several Key ICON processes.
You will be working across multiple departments and divisions, to enable and support repeatable and scalable solutions with an emphasis on the design of standard processes and solutions for ICON as a whole.
You will be expected be familiar with skills sets in both process and continuous improvement and facilitation as well as the key project and change management activities/tools.
This role will involve working closely with Clients and Internal teams on impact of process changes and management of any issues within defined processes.
And finally, you will be expected to deliver a positive & meaningful service which exceeds the expectations of both the internal and external customers.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively lead and manage multiple projects, project teams and deadlines across ICON.
- Be able to lead or be a representative on initiatives, discussions or issues and contribute own ideas on behalf of the CRPM team to improve processes across strategic partnerships and ICON.
- Be a change advocate, support the team through change, maintain a positive attitude, contribute in and drive discussions in team meetings.
- Develop solutions within a fast changing environment by proactively reviewing system data/reports and identifying trends, training needs, system issues.
- Demonstrate a broader knowledge of clinical research through working and supporting other functions
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience
- Experience within a Clinical Research or Pharmaceutical environment preferable.
- Experience in the application of process/ continuous improvement tools such as, process mapping.
- LEAN Six Sigma desirable.
- Analytical Problem Solving: Able to use a systematic approach in solving problems through analysis of problem and evaluation of alternate solutions; use logic, data and problem solving abilities.
- Decisiveness: Able to make decisions on available information and take action.
- High Energy, assertive, energetic and a self-starter
- Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills
