About the Senior Analyst role within ICON: 

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for working proactively as a member of a team within the ICO Division. 

The Senior Analyst will be responsible for assisting the daily completion of project work at PriceSpective.  Participate in the development and implementation of primary and secondary research tools including but not limited to the creation of qualitative research discussion guides, quantitative research survey guides, and the collection and distillation of data from these tools.  Have high visibility to a number of internal customers, and will actively participate in team oriented discussions and decisions.

US/LATAM/CAN:  No experience needed with a master’s degree (or local equivalent) or 1 year of relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree (or local equivalent).

EU/APAC:  No prior relevant experience needed with a master’s degree (or local equivalent) or prior relevant experience with a bachelor’s degree (or local equivalent).

Experience in data manipulation and excellent Microsoft Office skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills a must

Provide mentorship to Analysts.

Travel (approximately <20%) domestic and/or international

Project Delivery

Management responsibility for small-sized (<$100K) projects or project segments

Primary responsibility for secondary analysis and reporting

Responsible for support of primary data collection, analysis, and reporting

Effective verbal and written communications with project team to support quality and  timing of project delivery

Provide input into client recommendations and participate in the synthesis of final deliverables

Expected to meet quality and timing of project deliverables

Obtains senior input and guidance proactively and efficiently, maintains consistent and effective team communication

Understanding and effective application of PriceSpective analytical framework

Business Development

Support development of proposals, particularly situation assessment

Staff Development

Help train other senior analysts

Share knowledge and develop presentation own and others’ skills through participation in internal, informal training sessions and presentations

Effective time management

PSp Development

Participates in projects for development of PSp business model

Provides feedback and ideas for PSp process improvements

Responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant SOPs, policies and procedures
