Site Management Lead- (Late phase)

We are looking for a Site Management Lead to lead for the delivery of all site and patient engagement activities within ICON's late phase group known as ICO.  This is a hybrid role blending responsibilities of the PM, CTM, and SSU Lead.  You would be responsible for full client deliverables by partnering and having oversight with other functional areas in a matrix environment. 

 We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency who can inspire others to drive deliverables forward, anticipate delays, and proactively find solutions with a focus on risk management. You will have oversight over the study budget, metrics, and scope.  Since this is a new role, we are looking for someone who can build structure and processes and is eager to embrace change.  

Requirements:

• University degree in a science related background or similar.
•  Late Phase observational studies experience who is an expertise in regulatory study start up requirements
• Experience managing study budgets strongly desired. 
• This position will require up to 25% travel
• This position has flexibility to be based anywhere in Europe
