Business Information Manager (RFI)

The Business Information function is a highly valued and respected role within ICON Commercial Solutions (ICS), sitting alongside Business Development; Proposals; Strategic Alliance; and Marketing teams.

We are currently looking to recruit a Business Information Manager to be based out of our Dublin, Ireland headquarters.

Overview of the Role

As the Business Information Manager, you will hold a dual responsibility.

1.     The effective line management of the global RFI team, including: workload allocation; addressing training requirements; QC of RFI documentation produced; maintaining oversight of and ensuring adherence to timescales; and reporting activity.

2.     In addition to line management, you will also take responsibility for direct RFI response.

In this role you will benefit from exposure throughout ICONs commercial and operations infrastructure, working with individuals in Project Management; Finance; Marketing; Proposals; Business Development; and also the ICON Executive teams.

Role Requirements 

To be considered for this opportunity you should have:

• A demonstrable experience in producing high quality and detailed written documents.  This could be in responding to RFI or RFP requests; or potentially experience in producing Protocol documentation.
• A commercial aptitude, with the ability to understand what sponsors (clients) use to make buying decisions and include these in a written format within our RFI documentation.
• The ability to identify and communicate ICON USPs in a written form within RFI documentation.
• Previous line management experience is required
