Client Services Assistant

1. Enter Clinical Site Information into database for new studies and existing studies. 45% of the time.
2. Print all Site Information data entered and perform 100% review of this data against Client supplied information. 25% of the time.
3. Place orders for initial supplies for sites. 15% of the time.
4. Review errors that are identified by the failure of transmission of the Test Fax Page that is sent after site information is initially entered into the system and track these errors on a spreadsheet. Inform the appropriate members of the Client Services team of the reasons for the errors. 5% of the time.
5. Responsible for Administrative responsibilities as assigned by management. 10% of the time.

* Authority
* Enter and QC Information into database systems.
* Enter and verify all discrepant and or missing values for supporting documents are corrected in a timely manner.
* 100% review of all Clinical Site Information entered into PACS.
