Client Services Associate II

As a Client Services Associate II, you will be responsible for supporting efforts to maintain and expand upon client relationships for the assigned PCS service area(s) through costing and proposal development, single service project planning and support, and client communication management. Support clinical research projects in the areas of scale management, translations, printing and distribution, and technology implementation.

The role

  • Coordinate with internal teams to produce content for client proposals
  • Manage binder printing and distribution projects
  • Coordinate project tasks with internal scale management and translation teams
  • Manage project tasks such as file management, meeting minutes, document review, and client follow up.
  • Support technology lead with user acceptance testing tasks

What you need

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Clinical Research or related industry
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Strong communication skills
