Clinical Research Coordinator

Recruiting now for an Clinical Research Coordinator at ICON, for Wilmington location. This permanent opportunity, reports directly to the Clinical Operations Manager, with the primary aim; provide administrative support for executives. Independent judgment is required to plan, prioritize, and organize workload.

Our mission is to function as an Integrated Site Network, the role of our Coordinators are paramount to achieving our mission. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible, day to day for the following tasks:

* Coordinates with Screening and Recruitment to maintain timely execution of study enrolment.

* Coordinate meetings, collect and distribute meeting materials.

* Coordinate with Study or Project Manager to provide requested information for interim status report to sponsor.

* Participate in meetings to include (pre-planning and clinical tracking).
* Audit and maintain various reports specific to department by checking for errors, inconsistencies or discrepancies; make corrections and notify appropriate personnel of modifications.

Successful applicants will have the following:

• 0-1 years' work experience in clinical research or pharmaceutical environment would be desirable

• High level of attention to detail

• Personable, able to build rapport with patients with ease

• Motivated about a career in clinical research

• Excellent planner, organized approach to work
