Position Summary
Develop and manage the assigned Business Area/Team in terms of business, processes and/or people in line with DOCS International’s strategy, policy and procedures to contribute to the targeted growth, positioning and results of DOCS International, now and in the future. Besides the standard operational targets, we will be looking to have emphasis on planning and policy translation, as well as ensuring the smooth operation of the EU business region. This is a hands-on Director position working closely with the de-centralised EU team and form part of the leadership team globally.
Accountabilities:
- Analyze, investigate, develop and maintain (new) markets, services, clients and candidates in line with DOCS International’s strategy, policies and staffing developments/needs, in order to enlarge and strengthen DOCS International as specialized European staffing company.
- Proactively promote DOCS International, ensure acquirement of clients/candidates and assignments, as well as offer the clients/candidates a solution in line with the Business Plan and Budget and conclude the deal, in order to achieve financial targets, planned growth and to realize client satisfaction.
- Develop, build and maintain relationships with (potential) clients, candidates or other relevant stakeholders and manage clients within agreed communication lines to support successful fulfillment of DOCS’ and client’s needs and acquirement/ development of new business.
- Ensure an efficient and effective delivery of DOCS services in line with DOCS’ policies or specifics defined in project plan or contract, in order to satisfy clients’ and candidates’ needs in an economically valuable way.
- Design, optimize, manage and implement processes/organization, share knowledge and ensure efficient use of financial and human resources taking the agreed Business Plan & Budget and procedures into account. The goal is to ensure operational excellence in terms of quality, costs and time planning.
- Implement, manage and ensure effective and efficient, qualitative and quantitative staffing (including employee assessment & development), in line with HR policies, guidelines on working conditions, safety and health, legislations, systems and budget. The goal is to attract, retain and motivate desired employees, now and in the future.
- Ensure administration of all relevant data, information and documents, in accordance with internal guidelines, legal requirements and practice, in such way that relevant information is correct and available at all times.
Skills & Experience:
- Experienced professional with broad experience as consultant and 3-5 years in operational management.
- Fully understands the recruitment landscape
- Knows and is able to steer the multidisciplinary processes in national and/or international environments.
- Understands local and /or international conditions and circumstances
