- Provide financial analysis to operational & finance management on the historical financial performance and future outlook of portfolios of projects within the ICO service line.
- Contribute to our culture of operational improvement with a focus on streamlining processes for consistency across the consultancy businesses in ICO and development of project level analysis capabilities.
- Analyze key operational and financial metrics to see opportunities to improve profitability.
- Preparation of monthly reporting packages for Operations with insightful analysis and clear actions to achieve budgets.
- Support the development and preparation of annual budget for ICO.
- Preparation of ad-hoc management presentations and requests.
- Proven academic record.
- An ability to distill and summarize large, complex and potentially conflicting data sets
- Analytically minded, seeks out problem solving opportunities
- Emphasis on attention to detail and accuracy
- Effective interpersonal skills (verbal and written) to communicate with peers, managers and Business Lead executives.
- Ability to meet deadlines and perform multiple tasks at a time
- Advanced expertise in Microsoft Office Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Oracle, Hyperion, Essbase an advantage.
- Prior relevant experience in financial planning and analysis is preferred, but not required.
- Qualified Accountant - ACCA, ACA, CIMA.
- Bachelor’s Degree, or local equivalent, in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
