This is an excellent opportunity for an HR Officer to develop your career with a leading edge Global Oncology Site Network which is growing rapidly.

Reporting to the Senior Director HR you will provide efficient administrative support to the Central HR Team, ensuring service users are provided with key information on HR processes and procedures. To assist in the processing of employee data by utilising the Human Resources Information System.

You will have the opportunity to work on a wide-variety of HR areas. You will bring with you previous HR Assistant experience to join our fast-paced and busy environment, with a 'can-do' attitude.

Main Responsibilities:

HR

Be the focal point of contact of all HR activities, liaising with the wider HR group and ensuring all key HR matters are addressed at company level.

Manage the on-boarding of new employees.

Ensure all contractual terms are accurate and up to date to minimise risks to the Company.

Scribe, advise and support Line Managers during formal meetings.

Maintain high levels of confidentiality and sensitivity in dealing with all issues especially when handling sensitive situations and information.

Support the implementation of people strategies and plans through the rollout of HR programmes from the Central HR Team.

Build strong relationships with key managers in the company globally who have people management responsibility in these countries.

Recruitment

Proactively complete the recruitment process, as needed, setting up interviews, issuing relevant correspondence, managing the HR recruitment inbox and posting, editing and removing roles on the Oncacare website, ensuring that they are accurate and professional.

Manage recruitment authorisation process including director sign off and offer documentation.

Work with Talent Acquisition to attract the best talent to Oncacare.

Coach Line Managers in interview techniques and challenge the status quo to increase talent levels within the Company.

To be successful you will need:

You'll require excellent communication and analytical skills, and a good working knowledge of HR systems. As well as this you will be proficient in MS Office applications to a high standard.

You will be required to provide support to other members of the HR team so a willing, enthusiastic and customer service approach to your work is important.

The successful candidate will also be:

Working towards or fully qualified CIPD at level 5 as a minimum.

Good working knowledge of employment law.

Excellent communication skills.
