HR Service Centre Team Lead

Location:  North Wales, PA  

ICON is creating a new Team Lead role who will report directly into the Director, HR Shared Services & HR Managers. This role will be a senior member of the team, focused on providing leadership to about four direct reports including HR Advisors within the Service Centre. A large scope of this role will be to drive continuous improvement of processes, enhance team member engagement, support excellent customer experience (including some client facing interaction), and will manage regional and some global projects with counterparts in EMEA and APAC

This role will offer a wide array of responsibility across compensation, benefits, as well as supporting cases across other areas of HR. We are seeking a gritty leader with a strong sense of urgency who we can empower to be successful in contributing to a culture of accountability with a focus on processes improvement to add value and efficiency to the business, adhering to cost effectiveness, and ultimately meeting the customer needs.

Requirements

We are seeking at least 5 years experience of working in HR (preferably a HR Shared Service environment) and proven customer service skills. Ideal candidates will have experience using HR Information Systems with a track record of building up processes within a similar HR environment. Good organizational, project management skills are preferred in order to drive ongoing projects across the team. Prior supervisory experience and demonstrated leadership ability required.
