Investigator Payments Associate
 
ICON plc, a leading Clinical Research Organisation, employing 14,500 people across 97 offices in 38 countries. We are seeking to recruit an Investigator Payments Associate to join the Investigator Payments Group at its Leopardstown Global HQ.
 
Do you have a background in administration and are looking to move into a role with more of a finance focus?
 
As an Investigator Payment Associate, you will join a global team all working towards supporting ICON in achieving its mission in helping its clients accelerate the development of drugs and medical devices that save patient lives and improve their quality of life.
 
The Role:
 
As Investigator Payments Associate, you will assist the team in all administrative duties and support all IPG activities.
 
Responsibilities will include:
  • You will be responsible for the Investigator Payment Group email inbox, sending all emails to relevant team members as required.
  • You will handle the audit of study folders and ensuring all emails are recorded to the system as required.
  • Collect, distribute and scan invoices for tracking folder for processing for teams daily.
  • You will follow up on unknown invoices and ensuring they are saved in the system correctly and within a timely manner.
  • You will respond to billing queries from the wider team.
  • Assisting your team with any queries they may have.
  • You will have the opportunity to get involved and support the team with ad hoc project and administrative work.
Experience requirements:
  • Leaving Certificate / equivalent with a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an office environment preferred.
  • Customer focussed with excellent problem solving skills.
  • Strong Excel skills are necessary for this position.
