Laboratory Proj Coordinator I

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a fast paced, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. Oversight of regulatory submissions for assigned projects/countries/sites, which may include completion of submissions or notifications, as required.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for assisting Project managers and Project Coordinators with the day to day monitoring Trials
• Responsible for the generation of internal management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or Project manager i.e., open status report, Commented result reports.
• Responsible for the generation of external management reports and provision of these to the Project Coordinator II or Project manager
• Responsible for creating study documents from the template in he set up phase of a study e.g., Communication, escalation plan , ICOLABS forms.
• Recognize, exemplify, adhere to ICON Values which center on our commitment to people, Clients , performance.
• As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of  process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting Client needs.
• Performs any other task related to project management that may be required.
