We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As the Manager, Project Management you are responsible for the overall direction and management of projects through designated project managers, ensuring consistency with corporate strategy, consistency of process across projects and internal and external customer satisfaction with the projects.

The role

• Provide day-to-day technical oversight to the Project Management function
• Perform regular checks on team health and escalate as appropriate team member performance issues that pose significant risk to achievement of project goals
• Recruit, train and retain a Project Management Team comparable in quality and effectiveness to the best in the pharmaceutical industry
• Assist project management in facilitating conflict resolution by identifying barriers that may impede project progress and working with the Team Leaders, and/or Team Member to seek solutions
• Effectively manage resource capacity to ensure adequate coverage on projects.
• Evaluate staff and set clear and effective goals
• Provides vision, leadership and mentorship to the department and organization
• Accountable for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of all regionally assigned programs/projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals

What you need

• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or local equivalent, Master's degree preferred
• Ability to manage a portfolio of complexity/high profile and global projects
• Minimum of 5-7 years of related PM experience
• Prior experience as a People Leader
• Strong communication skills written and orally
• Strong computer skills, sound knowledge of MS Office Suite and Adobe
• Travel (approximately 35%) domestic and/or international
