Market Access Account Leader Supervisor 

Yardley, PA

 

Responsible for the ongoing maintenance of existing business for the Company’s benefit as well as generating organic growth opportunities through existing client relationships. Manage existing projects and ensuring liaison with client and Company staff is efficient and effective for both parties.

  • Oversee 6  - 8 direct reports of Market Access Account Leads
  • Provide managerial tasks including performance evaluations, bimonthly 1:1 meetings, goal tracking, etc
  • Work with direct reports to provide mentorship and training opportunities.
  • Direct account responsibility of ~$600K - $1M/year of business with current clients.
  • Indirect account responsibility through direct reports.
  • Provide financial oversight including accuracy of financial management systems and ensure adherence to process for ICON and client purposes (monthly and weekly) across all client teams.
  • Review team resourcing grids/reports to ensure ICON staff are being utilized effectively
  • Participate in regular resourcing meetings for future planning purposes.
  • Review team capacity on a regular basis.
  • Collaborate across other teams in the division to develop new project types and to utilize shared resources in an effective manner.
  • Work collaboratively to develop new processes and procedures as needed.
  • Keep up to date on industry news as applicable.
  • Monitor client needs and ensure team is working effectively and efficiently to execute projects
  • Work across the ICON organization to optimize teams and services to help drive productivity and cost control.
  • Maintains a positive, results-oriented and engaging work environment.
  • Communicates to the team in an open, balanced and objective manner.

  • As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.
  • Travel (approximately 10%) domestic and/or international.
  • Other duties as assigned

Education:

  • Bachelor's Level Degree
  • Previous Line Management Experience
  • Experience within the Market Access industry
