Medical Director – Gastroenterology

Location – Europe home based

This is an exciting opportunity to work within a dynamic, busy environment for a leading global provider of outsourced development services to the pharmaceutical, biotechnology and medical device industries. You will join our team of Medical Directors and provide medical support to our project teams on clinical issues to ensure that clinical studies are conducted according to the highest ethical principles and in compliance with applicable legal and regulatory standards.

We need your specialist knowledge of Gastroenterology to support our global studies. You will use your expertise to work with our Business Development team and attend bid defense meetings with potential clients.

You will contribute to investigator meeting presentations, review study documentation, oversee safety data review and provide medical support to the wider team.

Role Requirements:

• Medical degree with Board Certification Gastroenterology is required.
• Previous experience that includes academic experience coupled with Pharmaceutical, Biotech or CRO experience.
