This is an excellent opportunity for a Patient Centricity Manager with exposure to research sites and networks to play an important role in driving our organisation towards success. As the Patient Centricity Manager you will lead Oncacare's mission to put the patient first, from initiation to implementation. Patient Centricity Manager is accountable for driving the Oncacare core value of patient centricity in all Oncacare sites, by bringing a strong understanding of the patient journey, the pinch points within the journey and driving a positive contribution and change to that journey.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Patient Centricity Manager is accountable for ensuring and embedding an 'Oncacare way of work", centred around the patient across all site teams.
  • Develop and implement a patient centric plan for roll out across Oncacare sites.
  • Understand the complete patient experience through interviews, surveys, and online reviews.
  • Ensure everyone understands how each action affects the patient experience.
  • Get every employee involved and provide the tools they need to improve the patient experience.
  • Know and stay abreast of developing trends in the industry, enabling continuous improvement and the ability to offer cutting-edge solutions to positively impact the patient.
  • Encourage and foster patient centric culture throughout the organisation.
  • Develop appropriate KPIs to ensure Oncacare is having a positive and successful impact on patients and their outcomes whilst remaining adherent to our values, policies and procedures.
  • Demonstrate the impact of Oncacare's work on patient centricity to clients and research sites.
  • Participate in, and facilitate, communications between healthcare professionals and patients, whether online or face-to-face.
  • Ensure compliance with all internal and external guidelines and company values.

To be considered for this exciting, challenging opportunity you will need the following skills and experience:

  • Ideally educated to degree level, in a relevant subject, and possess a demonstrable background of leading, engaging & improving an operation from within the Clinical Research/Life Sciences industry. Alternative dynamic & highly regulated industry may be considered.
  • Experience of working at a senior level paired with extensive interpersonal, leadership, & consultative skills.
  • Collaborative and flexible communication style with the ability to deal with cross functional internal & external stakeholders on a regional & global basis.
  • A proactive and engaging approach to planning, ensuring performance measures are in place to monitor and assess attainment of goals and objectives. The ability to anticipate potential challenges and develops plans to overcome them.
