Principal, Global HTA, Health Economics Reimbursement and Outcomes (GHTA-HERO)

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our growing team. As a member of our team you will play a pivotal role as Principal (Director), you will be responsible for:

• Leading teams and will serve as the scientific advisor for projects
• Taking responsibility for the scientific integrity of the research in the HTA/Value Communication work-streams as part of the integrated Global HTA-HERO practice.
• The research will involve leading early HTA/parallel scientific advice, HTA dossier development, value message development, global value dossiers, payer advisory boards, and early HEOR evidence generation planning.
• Supports the overall practice and business strategy.

To succeed you will have:

• Masters or doctoral (ideal) in, HTA, MA, Health Policy or related
• Bachelors though not ideal would be acceptable with sufficient work experience
• Extensive HTA/MA experience
• Management of HTA dossier development – in consulting
• Leading HTA ad-boards
• Leading Payer interviews
• HTA Landscape assessment
• Develop VC materials (GVD development, payer message testing) – strategic direction
• HEOR/RWE Evidence generation planning
• Coordination of project team
• Supporting BD development activities
• Demonstrable people management and business development skills
• Excellent French or German Business writing skills would be ideal, though not a pre-requisite.
