The Role:

• You provide effective leadership to lead and manage activities of one or more large cross functional multinational studies or lead a program of studies across a variety of complex indications.
• You drive project teams to meet timelines and keep targets within budget.
• You'll maintain focus on streamlining processes, adding value to the business and exceeding client needs.
• You collaborate with business development to ensure commercial aptitude
• You partner with internal and external clients to identify new avenues for growth.

The Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree
• PMI certification or equivalent desired
• 7 years of full service project management experience within clinical research operations
• Specific therapeutic experience within Gastrointestinal indications and comprehensive knowledge of ICH-GCP
• Strong communication, planning, decision-making, negotiation, conflict management and time management skills
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
