- Travel (approximately 0%) domestic and/or international.
- Serves as a resource for internal ILPOR personnel on projects and for department-specific needs.
- Serves as a resource for outside vendors, as needed, to obtain materials and services for projects.
- Formats documents and presentations (including, but not limited to, proposals, bid defense materials, PowerPoint presentations, training materials, protocols, IRS materials, questionnaires and CRF's, study newsletters, reports, manuscripts, posters for scientific meetings, etc.)
- Edits and proofreads documents (Preferred).
- Files study documents (Trial Master File).
- Provides administrative support for studies and ProjecVClinical managers (including, but not limited to, expense reports, P-cards, check requests, travel arrangements, etc.)
- Schedules study meetings, both internal and external. May include teleconferences, LiveWeb meetings, and in-office meetings. Provide logistics for in-office meetings (e.g., AV equipment, food and beverage, etc.)
- Takes notes at meetings, prepares and distributes minutes from meetings.
- Attends regular study meetings and departmental meetings, as appropriate.
- Provides support for budget tracking (Preferred).
- Updates CTMS database.
- Shares knowledge and provides training for fellow project assistants and others in the department. (Preferred).
- Follows departmental and corporate policies and procedures (SOP's).
- Undertakes other reasonably related duties as may be assigned from time to time.

- Intermediate skills in MS word required; advanced skills and/or certification preferred.
- Intermediate skills with one or more of these applications is required: MS Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, Publisher or reference management software (EndNote). Advanced skills and/or certification are preferred.
- US/LATAM/CAN: Prior relevant experience.
- EU/APAC: Prior relevant experience.
- CHARACTERISTICS
- Professional written.and oral skills.
- Able to understand and follow oral instructions.
- Strong spelling, grammar, and proofreading skills. (Preferred)
- Works effectively in a complex business environment including remote staff, subcontractors and external collaborators.
- Works in collaboration with internal and external colleagues to meet project objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Takes responsibility for project tasks and sees them through to successful completion.
- Continues education via professional development activities to enhance own professional growth. (Preferred)
- Able to determine the multiple tasks involved in a project or assignment and prioritize their completion.
- Able to adapt to changes in deadlines and changes in the nature of assignments.
- Makes appropriate use of available technology and tools in seeking and implementing solutions. (Preferred).
- Works well with other individuals and departments to solve problems.
- Anticipates problems before they occur, and seeks and implements standard and alternative solutions. (Preferred).
- Demonstrates resourcefulness; promotes the development of new ideas and solutions. (Preferred)
