About the Project Manager, Imaging:

Job Description

  • Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which center around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.
  • Effective management of projects in a timely manner in adherence with ICON's SOP's, ICH, GCP and appropriate regulation.
  • Delivery of project specific requirements in accordance with the contract, timelines and study budget
  • Project Management including timelines and budgets
  • Primary client contact
  • Communication based on studies with client, sites, and CRAs
  • Preparation and management of meeting agendas and minutes
  • Project reports
  • Development of Project Set-up requirements
  • Supports project plans and read plans
  • Development of study documentation (Imaging Manuals, Staffing Plans, Communication Plans, Procedure Manuals, etc)
  • Prepare/present at study Investigator Meetings / Site Training
  • Oversight of the development/ review/ maintenance of all trial documentation (Charter, eCRF, SRS, Reviewer Training Manuals)
  • Conduct Training sessions for Independent Reviewers and Monitors per the Charter requirements
  • Assists with the review of post read edit checks
  • Management and support of data reconciliation
  • Supports internal, client, and regulatory audits
  • Leads internal project teams
  • Management of Study Centers
  • Mentor new / junior Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
  • Participates in Business Development opportunities including proposal/budget development, bid defense meetings, and capabilities presentations
  • Support and/or manage process improvement initiatives

To succeed you will need:

Minimum of 3 years' Project Management experience (With at least 2 years hands-on in Imaging)

Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Science or other relevant discipline and appropriate experience
