Update Annual Enrollment Guide and Fact Sheets to include new plan changes. Performs due diligence pertaining to benefits for acquisitions. Ensures a smooth transition to company benefits by acquired entities, which may include merging of legacy 401k Plans, assumption of seller plans through defined transition periods, and all reporting that may be required for legacy seller plans. Work closely with Vendors to review plan experience, utilization, strengths, and program effectiveness and discuss strategies for cost control.

Considerable knowledge and demonstrated work experience in all areas of employee benefit. programs with understanding of some global benefits and insurance concepts. Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Minimum of five years of progressive experience in benefits field and Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university required. Experience with vendor and broker management required.

Through understanding of state and federal relating to benefit plans and all applicable laws relating to benefit administration (including COBRA, HIPPA, and ERISA), and be able to effectively work with company policies and state/federal laws. Attention to detail and timely follow up with strong multi-tasking and organization skills. Excellent oral, written, organizational and presentation skill.
