Senior Recruitment Consultant *LI-MB1

Based in Madrid, Spain


DOCS specialises in delivering strategic resourcing solutions to the biopharmaceutical and medical device industries and has been a leader in the field for over seventeen years since its establishment in 1997.  DOCS is a subsidiary of ICON Clinical Research. 


POSITION SUMMARY


The Senior Recruitment Consultant is the intermediary for clients and candidates.  Consults with clients about execution of operational and specialist positions.  Realises the successful fulfilment of the staffing needs for the dedicated assignments adhering to internal guidelines and procedures.


ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES


The responsibilities of the Senior Recruitment Consultant include, but are not limited to:


ACCOUNTABILITIES:

  • Take a full and comprehensive briefing from the client.
  • Establish a project plan and set timelines for the assignment
  • Identify, search and select candidates
  • Coordinate the process of offering and negotiating between the selected candidate and client organization.
  • Coordinate the contract creation, as well as coordinate the signing of the contracts by the relevant parties.
  • Document all relevant market, client, candidate and contract data in the database, in accordance with internal guidelines and legal requirements.
  • Develop and maintain a network of candidates, as well as excellent relationships with dedicated clients.

We feel that this opportunity will suit candidates who have a blend of the following experience and skills:

  • Some previous experience of working as a Recruitment Consultant with skills in direct candidate sourcing; strong relationship building skills with both candidates and clients; comfortable in meeting with clients and identifying business opportunities – ideally within the CRO / Pharma / FSP industries
  • You should be fluent in English and Spanish.
  • You will need to be able to drive your own performance meeting deadlines and targets as well as Service Level Agreement indicators for your service delivery to clients.
