Site Identification Lead

The Role:

As Site Identification Lead your role will include:

• Lead the Site Identification process for studies by being accountable/responsible for the development of Site Identification Plans (based on an approved country strategy), Site Profiles and Protocol specific site requirements appropriate to the individual study needs and in alignment with sponsor requirements
• Liaise with assigned Feasibility Managers to determine from a country feasibility viewpoint
• Work with Project Managers to review Site Identification budget and propose changes as required for study delivery
• Liaise with the Study Start up Lead, PM and CTMs on the study to ensure delivery of the study start up timelines in terms of initiated sites and First Patient In (FPI) milestones
• Ensure all sites proposed for selection are of a high quality standard and meet all site profile, due diligence and protocol specific site requirements
• Act as subject matter expert in Site Identification/Selection process for internal and external customers alike and to provide input to Team members, Project teams, Business Development and to Sponsors.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for Site Identification as assigned to drive effectiveness and productivity, while maintaining ICON's competitiveness.
• Develop long term strategic partnerships with sponsors, vendors and internal stakeholders alike.
• Act as Therapeutic Area Subject Matter Expert (SME) within Site Identification Department, as appropriate or as assigned.
• Ensure all sites proposed for selection are of a high quality standard and meet all site profile, due diligence and protocol specific site requirements
