Sr. Manager, LATAM Regional Lead Site Management
Location: Remote (Argentina / Brazil / Mexico)

DOCS is hiring a Sr. Manager, LATAM Regional Lead Site Management (m/f) to work closely together with one of the most successful pharmaceutical companies in the world. If you are a Clinical Operations Sr. Manager or FSP Regional Program Manager with high expertise in line- and with client management anywhere in LATAM willing to work home based and open for a new challenge, we would like to get to know you.
Key responsibilities:
- To lead and support the Regional Line Management Team, while managing the client's demands.
- To assist our client in performing oversight in fulfilling its site management activities and obligations in relation to clinical studies as the primary sponsor of those studies.
- Create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining processes adding value to business and meeting our client's needs.
- Interact with strategic partners (KOLs, Investigators and Site Staff) as necessary for execution of clinical trials and reinforcement of the company's brand.
- Ensure that staff achieve expected quality compliance standards.
- Support staff to achieve delivery of study objectives.
- Provide leadership in the continuous improvement in performance.
- Support staff with action plan development and resolution of findings from Clinical Quality Assurance audits.
- Conduct resource planning and metrics review with site management.
- Conduct staff regular performance assessments and personal/career discussions with direct reports.
- Responsible for providing regular updates to Director level Management and adhering to metrics.
- Responsible for leading ongoing regional functional meetings and attending governance meetings in representation of LATAM.
- Account Management & Client satisfaction: managing clients' expectations and the Account relationship to ensure issues and clients' needs are proactively addressed.
- Business Development: act as Operational Expert for New Business Opportunities that relate to FSP and large scale Programs. Participate in bid Business Development Activities, as required.
- Finances: oversight and accountability for your Regional finances.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree or local equivalent, in life sciences, medicine or related discipline
- 3+ Years' experience as Clinical Operations Manager or Clinical Program Manager with proven success in managing teams and building client relationships while growing a program
- Profound knowledge of clinical trial processes and operations within Latin American countries (ARG, BRA, CHI, COL, MEX, PER)
- Strong understanding of ICH/GCP guidelines
