Sr Mgr, Clinical Trial Mgmnt (Internal Medicine)

The role

• You would be responsible for co-ordinating and leading the project team to maximise performance, productivity and continuous development for your team
• Actively involved to provide coaching/mentoring to Clinical Trial Managers (CTMs) and contribute to department training initiatives
• Develop succession plans and conduct annual performance reviews with your team members
• Direct individuals, to coordinate clinical projects in a manner that ensures all timeframes and targets are achieved, whilst maintaining the financial health of the project
• May contribute to planning operational clinical projects and oversee cross functional project management; risk mitigation strategies, define budget plan and lead resourcing
• Collaborate Business Development, attending bid defence meetings and follow-up commercial activities

What you need

• Recommended leadership capacities, ideally as part of an Internal Medicine or Immunology focused, clinical leadership team
• Supervised a team of clinical staff or project manager's previously, based in multiple countries
• Strong, thorough understanding of clinical drug development and an awareness of Project Management practices
• Experience in leading key client relationships, having an oversight of portfolio of work and successfully leading global cross functional projects
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed
• University/Bachelor’s Degree in medicine, science or equivalent degree/experience desirable
