The Senior Statistical Manager has responsibility to oversee statistical analysis planning, oversee statistical analysis, oversee statistical reporting, act as statistical lead on high complexity studies, lead business development, and supervise Medical Affairs Statistical Analysis (MASA) staff

The role

• Actively leads recruitment and hiring
• Has direct supervisory responsibilities
• Leads to ensure projects are adequately and appropriately staffed
• Oversees the advice and discussions on the design and implementation of statistical analyses of more junior staff
• Manages and reviews all analytical activities associated with the largest and/or most complex studies
• Manages and reviews all analytical activities associated with mid-sized and/or medium complexity studies
• Oversees the management and review of smaller and/or less complex studies
• Manages timelines and budgets for MASA tasks for the largest and/or most complex projects
• Manages timelines and budgets for MASA tasks for mid-sized and/or medium complexity projects
• Oversees the management of timelines and budgets for MASA tasks for smaller and/or less complex projects
• Serves with oversight as the primary liaison between MASA and internal client on the largest and/or most complex projects
• Serves as the primary liaison between MASA and internal client on mid- sized and/or medium complexity projects
• Oversees the primary liaison between MASA and internal client on smaller and/or less complex projects
• Serves with oversight as the primary MASA contact for external clients on the largest and/or most complex projects
• Serves as primary MASA contact for external clients on mid-sized and/or medium complexity projects
• Oversees the primary MASA contact for external clients on smaller and/or less complex projects
• Supports business development & marketing strategy for MASA
• Attends proposal presentation I bid defense opportunities
• Leads the development of new SOPs and revision of existing SOPs

What you need

• In depth proven relevant experience
• Has strong conceptual as well as quantitative and qualitative analytical skills
• Possesses strong presentation skills (preferred)
• Possesses strong client management skills (preferred)
• Doctorate degree (or local equivalent) or Master's degree (or local equivalent) or Bachelor's degree (or local equivalent).
