Study Start Up Associate

We are looking for passionate, resilient, and inspiring individuals to join our team. As a member of the Study Start-Up Team, you will play an integral role in coordinating clinical trial start-up activities and serve as the primary contact for investigators and research coordinators in corporate sponsored human clinical trials.
 
The role
  • To review and negotiate clinical site investigator contracts and budgets.
  • Stay connected with Investigative sites, sponsors and internal personnel regarding the status of contracts and contract-related documents
  • Facilitate the indemnification process between the study sponsor and the site.  
  • Review Informed Consent Forms and negotiate language as needed
  • Prepare and oversee preparation of contractual documents and correspondence
  • Review and negotiate these changes and potentially liaise with other stakeholders like the sponsor, legal, or the clinical team to ensure that changes to the ICF are acceptable.
  • Minimal travel may be required (10%)
What you need
  • A high school diploma or local equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Life Sciences
  • Minimum of 1 years’ experience or understanding of clinical study start up requirements and activities.
  • Experience of Clinical Trial operations
  • Experience meeting regulatory and ICON guidelines
  • Proficient project management skills.
