Logistic coordinator

Study start up-Study specific equipment

1. To maintain routine communication with local team regarding required equipment and to set the best shipment strategy for each study and site according to required timelines.

2. Responsible for preparing and updating the "On Going Project" table with all relevant information, up to date.

3. To review list of equipment and to provide study team detailed and clear instructions on local shipments requirements. The instructions to include details for each different item, project documentation, lab kits, medical devises, advertisement accessories.

4. To provide the external vendors responsible of the shipment with information of the shipping process and documentation needed (invoices, catalogs) in advance of shipping the goods.

5. To check provided documentation for each shipment, request changes if applicable, confirm completeness and provide the approval for shipment.

6. To handle importation process with the relevant governmental representative and in case of mistakes/delays to coordinate between the different representatives and provide information on necessary corrective actions.

7. To confirm with the sites the arrival of intact shipments and coordinate returns and new shipments if required.

Study start up- Equipment requested by sites:

8. To contact the sites and confirm that information regarding missing equipment provided during PSV is current.

9. To inform CTM of missing equipment for site.

10. For equipment that will be provided by sponsor responsibilities 1-7 above.

11. For equipment that will not be provided by the sponsor to support the site with local sourcing and FU to confirm that equipment is in place before site activation.

12. For existing equipment at site to make sure that calibration documentation available.

General and ongoing responsibilities:

13. To obtain the Ministry of Health Annual Lab Kits Import Certification (AMAR) every year. To expand authorization for additional lab Kits suppliers if necessary.

14. To review and approve invoices for ongoing lab kits shipments for the sites throw-out the study.

15. To provide the lab kits supplier with study extension approval for each site (issued yearly by each site).

16. To answer ad-hoc questions regarding importation process in Israel.

17. To be the main contact person for importations issues.
