ICON Clinical Research is one of the worlds leading CRO, supporting our pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners in drug development. 

We are currently looking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist (TAS) to support our EMEA recruitment team based in UK.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for:

• End to end recruitment process - developing and executing an appropriate recruitment strategy; guiding and influencing the hiring manager in the recruitment process; and ensuring that ICON offers a first class service to both candidate and hiring manager.
• Creating and presenting bi-weekly; quarterly; and annual dashboard reports, highlighting both success and challenges, using the presentation to influence change.
• Workng in a collaborative manner with your HR Business Partner and other HR colleagues (Rewards; etc) to drive successful recruitment strategy.

Experience Required (TAS)

To be successful in this role you should have:

• An existing knowledge of the CRO/Pharmaceutical/Life Science industry.
• Demonstrable experience in the design and execution of recruitment strategy, working with hiring managers and other stakeholders (this can be from either an in-house recruitment or agency recruitment role)
• Strong presentation skills - the ability to create highly detailed dashboard reporting presentation, using this as a platform to influence change.
• A proven ability in successfully engaging with stakeholders at all levels in the company, including at the Executive level.
• Experience in using a variety of candidate sourcing channels - including: LinkedIn Recruiter; Advertising; Proactive Sourcing; and Agency.
