The Role

You will join a small team of treasury specialists providing in-banking services to the ICON group. The role will involve financing of group day to day operations and adhering to reporting and compliance requirements within finance and across our banking partners.

Role responsibilities include:

• Consolidate individual entity cash flow forecasts, uploaded bank statements and treasury transactions into overall group liquidity requirements.
• Analyse and circulate the variance analysis reporting for funding & follow up with involved parties.
• Handle monthly intercompany cash balances.
• Ensure the correct integration of each new entity into the group’s cash management structure.
• Responsible for FX dealing and Cash Management for ICON affiliates.
• Monthly cash balance reporting for the group & investment portfolio analysis.
• Engage with TMS provider to bring about system improvements to the day to day cash management, reporting and funding process & variance analysis.
• Reviewing monthly risk on investment portfolios and report to Treasury Director.
• Upload FX rates to various systems required.
• Monthly benchmark performance analysis for ICON versus competitors.
• Handle any settlement issues or banking requirements of local finance teams.
• Prepare bank account opening documents and related resolutions for new offices or entities migrating to the current banking system.
• Responsible for the annual review of bank mandates and liaise with bank to make necessary changes.
• Handle any internal banking queries and resolve with banking partners.
• Assist in compiling reports for the Treasury Committee.
• Ensure Treasury dealing mandates are up to date.
• Prepare SOX file & assist with testing when necessary.
• Retain audit trail of FX rate upload for SOX reporting
• Banking system fraud training and standard methodology awareness education for the finance group.
• Management of all bank accounts across the group.
• Maintain and produce reports for Treasury Director for daily & weekly sign off.

Experience & Knowledge Requirements:

• Part Qualified Accountant.
• Degree in Finance or Business.
• Analytical thinker with an aptitude for numbers.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build strong .relationships with internal and external partners and service providers.
• Experience working to tight deadlines.
