Job Title                               : Validation Team Leader

Type of Employment           : Full Time

Location                               : ICON PLC, INDIA

Responsibilities:

•        Recognize, exemplify and adhere to ICON's values which centers around our commitment to People, Clients and Performance.

•        As a member of staff, the employee is expected to embrace and contribute to our culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

•        Travel (approximately 5%) domestic and/or international

•        Perform or lead testing activities according to relevant ICON SOP’s and appropriate regulations.

•        Set expectations and goals for the team with the assistance of the Group Manager or designee.

•        Create training presentations to improve the validation group’s job performance and knowledge.

•        Develop and implement system wide standards to improve efficiency and promote consistent designs.

•        Keep Group Manager or designee informed of progress, issues, or concerns relating to the employees under his/her jurisdiction.

•        Review and approve test scripts and other testing deliverables.

•        Maintain confidentiality of management information as appropriate.

•        Keep Interactive Technologies Project Manager and department management informed of project status in relation to quality, timelines, and budget.

•        Complete projects and other tasks on time with little or no supervision.

•        Other responsibilities may be assigned as required

Technical and competency selection:
