Overview of the role:

Join our dynamic team at ICON plc, a global leader in clinical research, and play a pivotal role in advancing healthcare worldwide. We're currently seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Research Associate for a single sponsor role. This position offers a unique opportunity to work with a single sponsor, providing an in-depth and specialized experience in the field.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and close-out visits at investigative sites.
• Ensure compliance with study protocols, regulatory requirements, and good clinical practices.
• Collaborate closely with site staff, investigators, and sponsors to ensure quality and timely execution of trials.
• Perform site management activities, including site selection, initiation, and close-out.
• Maintain accurate and complete clinical trial documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or equivalent).
• Experience as a Clinical Research Associate or related role in clinical research.
• Strong understanding of ICH-GCP guidelines and local regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
