The Role:
The Cardiac Data Technician is responsible for data analysis, quality assurance, and data formatting according to specifications that are either predefined, or as determined based on analysis of business need. Origins of data that may be included are client eligible demographics, division’s proprietary database(s), and Client Program Management staff supplied data sets, etc. Source and destination data types may include Microsoft Access, Microsoft FoxPro, Microsoft Excel, Oracle DB, fixed format, delimited, and XML, etc.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
- Coordinate with various teams such as Program Management and Product Development to define deliverable specifications, prepare and deliver ongoing projects and provide post-delivery support to clients.
- Receive, deliver, assure the quality, reformat, import and/or export data as needed.
- Assist with the maintenance of customer contacts.
- Provide data analysis to various employee groups and outside clients.
- Develop and present ad-hoc reports.
- Uses the time reporting system, signing and reporting all exception time on a weekly basis.
- Complete other administrative tasks, such as travel and expense reporting or similar, in a timely manner.
- Performs responsibilities in a professional manner, meeting the Company’s mission and goals.
What you need:
- Associate degree or professional certification
- 1-2 years of data coordinator or similar experience within clinical trials.
- Advanced English for write / read an speak
