Job Title : QA Manager

Reporting to : QA Director or higher

Type of Employment : Full Time

Location : India

Job Overview :

On a global basis, effectively manage the training and development of the Quality Management Operations Team (QMO) and assign/prioritize their workload.

Responsibilities:

As a Manager, you will be responsible for delivering agreed metrics and reporting on key quality and compliance reports required by the corporate quality and compliance governance structure
You will be reporting on trend analysis in KPI and KQI metrics and developing reports with an emphasis on continuous improvement across multiple function areas.
You will be developing and maintaining resource and capacity analysis across all Quality Assurance functions
You will be working with QA staff to identify non-value added tasks in the current state of each QA process
In conjunction with the QMO department Head, you will be involved in preparing the budgetary needs of the team for input into the department budget and ensure effective cost control
You will lead execution of team plans, sharing accountability for delivery of team’s end results, complete all required SOP training within the time requirement

Requirement:

Proficient in MS Word and Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project.
Build strong relationships internally and externally
Influence others internally, and in some cases, externally
Strong problem solving skills
Interfaces effectively with peers and management
Flexible to travel (approximately 15%) domestic and/or international.

PROCESS

Technical and competency selection:
