We are looking for a Site Management Lead for our Mexico City location to function as a lead for the delivery of all site and patient engagement activities.  Specifically we would like to find an exceptional leader from a CRO with Late Phase observational studies experience who is an expertise in country regulatory study start up requirements and who has study budget experience. 


This is a hybrid role blending responsibilities of the PM, CTM, and SSU Lead.  You would be responsible for full client deliverables by partnering and having oversight with other functional areas in a matrix environment.  We are looking for someone with a sense of urgency who can inspire others to drive deliverables forward, anticipate any delays, and proactively find solutions with focus on risk management. You will have oversight over the study budget, metrics, and scope.  Since this is a new role, we are looking for someone who can build structure and processes and is eager to embrace change.  


Studies will be in Mexico but can include new and expanding markets in Latin America.  This position will travel between 25 to 40% depending on need to perform site reviews for compliance for monitors who are in the field.
