I first started as an Assistant Clinical Data Coordinator in 2010 after completing my graduation in Biotechnology and post graduate diploma. It is such a pleasure to work in the Data Management department, with excellent guidance and opportunities to learn and grow. I am now a Group Lead in this department. ICON is a great place; the employees are welcoming and very supportive.
