Unacceptable Uses of AI

Unedited AI Responses
Assessment Completion
Using AI to complete assessments designed to evaluate personal attributes, such as situational judgment tests.
Disclosure of Confidential Information
Inputting sensitive or proprietary information about ICON plc into AI platforms.
Live Interview Assistance
Relying on AI tools during live interviews to generate or suggest responses in real-time.
